Yeah, I did blatantly hold back that wedding info till the end in hopes of increasing the dramatic tension (or something like that) - these little stories are great for practicing these sorts of things. You have to pare everything down to the bare bones and really think about what's important to the story and what's not. (Which is part of my problem on the story I'm writing for you - It's sort of ballooning out control in my head and I need to figure out how to rein it in. Ok, that, and writer's block. Sorry.)
