I can see that scenario with the threesome leading to something else. I never got the sense that it was a love match, but more fun and games with the three of them. That and with all of them being Sohmas and male there is a safety you don't get any other way. I loved Shigure, he is such a charming and manipulative little shit.
I quit reading YnM fanfiction for the reasons you listed. I think Tsuzuki's got feelings for Muraki, its just that those feeling are hatred, loathing, disgust and fear. One of the other issues I have had with it is that they have Hisoka and Tsuzuki just jumping into bed. er no, considering both their histories sexual and otherwise opening up and being emotionally or physically intimate would be a long slow process. Not to mention in a lot of ways Hisoka is still 16 and needs to grow past that. I do see them together and love the pairing its just not one that is going to be fast to develop.
Thanks, its one of my favorite scenes in the anime because it shows such tenderness on Tsuzuki's part and its the first time Hisoka really lets go and trusts himself to be safe and comforted.
