Time flies....
Oct. 25th, 2005 09:37 pmWow - it's been a month since I've posted! Scary. Time is hurtling by once again. So I've been sick for a few weeks and unable to eat much and thus been tired and grouchy and wallowing in self-pity and burying myself in fanfic in order to hide from my own spinelessness... (So what else is new?) But I've been catching up on the wonderful Trowa fics that I've missed in the past couple of years since I've been "away". It's always strange to be completely obsessed with a fandom and then suddenly lose interest - but it's really great to revisit one of those later. Especially when something like the amazing "Broken Warriors" by Pyrzm is waiting for me! Contains the hands-down *best* Trowa characterization ever and all the other pilots are well done and it's total soap opera-y goodness, with PTSD flashbacks galore, evil stalker pornographers, hidden arsenals, troublesome relatives, fascinating therapy, naughty circus deliciousness and sex sex sex!!!! It's literary crack! Damn, I've missed my lovely Trobot, though I've always kept his super creamy seiyuu voice on my computer error message, even when I was cheating on him with Remus. And Aya. And Hakkai. Mmmmmmm. So many bishies so little time. :)
On that note, and in keeping with my habit of putting off writing papers in favor of writing slash, I offer my latest procrastinatory rambling. I'm noticing some severe stream of consciousness tendencies in my writing. Hope it doesn't get too annoying. Kinda scary to think about what it reveals about the inner workings of my mind. But that's the problem with writing in general. Hope you enjoy, and thanks for reading!
